Since 2011, through lots of planning, perseverance and hard work they took a dream of owning a business and turned it into reality. The Creamers had a vision to bring more people to the area to experience the life and area they grew up in. Their Florida home town offers endless fishing opportunities and unforgettable seafood cuisine served directly from gulf waters of the Apalachicola Bay.  In 2011, they broke ground and began developing an RV Resort which opened in 2013, known as Coastline RV Resort.

 

The Creamer family is deeply rooted in their community, church and calling Eastpoint their home. On their days off, you can catch them UTV riding or singing around the piano with their family.

 

Even though salt water is a part of their roots, it’s something about the Smoky Mountains that speaks to their soul. Traveling to the area for many years, they dreamed about expanding and offering not only unforgettable stays on the coast but also properties in the Country.

 

In 2024, Coast 2 Country properties began with their first purchase, Smoky Mountain Harmony. This classic 2-story log cabin offers stunning Mountain View’s and located less than 6 miles from Pigeon Forge, TN. The Creamers are excited to expand in the future and provide top notch properties and services for their guests to enjoy all along the Coast to the Country.
